Most of the booked airline tickets and services fees are non-refundable after a 24hour booking.
All airline ticket cancellations must be done only over the phone or by email. We can accept refund requests only if the following given conditions will meet:
We are not committed to providing a specific timeframe that may take to process your cancellation & refund request. All refund/cancellation requests are processed in a predefined sequence. Once you place your cancellation request to our customer agent, you will receive a notification email that your request has been received.
This notification is not a confirmation for any refund. It is only an alert of your cancellation request process, also gives you a tracking number. After receiving your request for cancellation and refund, we will work with the airlines to generate a waiver based on airline and other supplier rules and shall notify you of the supplier decision.
Service fees, we have charged for reservations or bookings are 100% non-refundable. The refund amount is totally dependent on the suppliers. Once the refund has been approved by the supplier, usually it may take 7 or more working days to appear on your credit/ Debit card statement. In fact, there is a certain penalty charged by all suppliers against the cancellation. This entire process may take 60-90 days from placing a cancellation request to receiving credit in your account. Apart from the airline's refund penalties, Travelodaddy will charge post-ticketing service fees, as applicable. All refund fees are charged on the basis of per passenger, per ticket. These fees will only consider if the refund request has been accepted by the suppliers. If a refund is not processed by the supplier, we will refund you our post-ticketing service fees applicable, but it doesn’t apply to our booking fees for the original travel reservation or bookings.
